Marie and Mario's French-Mexican fusion wedding this Easter was a dream: perfect weather, the gorgeous backdrop of rural Mexico, a bride and groom who are crazy in love. Marie and Mario have no shortage of creativity, which shone through the entire 12-hour ceremony and reception. Because there was so much cultural eye candy, I'll be splitting their wedding photographs into multiple blog posts. Oh, one more note: Marie made her own wedding dress, including the hand-stitched embroidery on the front.
Both the ceremony and reception were in a field just outside of Mexico City, surrounded on all sides by mountains and farm-land. During the ceremony, Marie and Mario's family and friends stood beside them as witnesses.
